    1. Chaos gave birth to Erebus(God of darkness), Nyx (Goddess of night) Gaia (Goddess of Earth), Tartarus (abyss under Earth). Erebus and Nyx have Hemera(day) and Aether (light) who then have Thalassa female embodiment of sea. Gaia then thru parthogenesis without male partner gives birth to Pontus (male sea) and Uranus (Father Sky).

    2. Fun fact, Hercules’ name in Greek mythology is actually Heracles, Hercules is the Roman version of his name. Heracles means, “the glory of Hera” in Greek

    3. 4:53 actually that story is a roman story made by a misoginistic man who portrayed godesses in a misoginist manner. The real Medusa story is that she was borned a gorgon,a mortal gorgon unlike her sisters Stheno and Euryale who were immortal

    4. I believe that it's spelt Chronos, but there's a lot of different spellings. Also, Chronos isn't even a god, he's a titan. Also wdym 'every greek god'? Other than Hades and Hestia, the others are just the 12 Olympians

    5. In Homer; Athena did have a mother, it was Metis. Zeus learned that the child Metis bore may overthrow him so he swallowed her while she was pregnant with Athena. Zeus eventually started having really bad headaches, so he got Hephaestus to strike him with an axe and Athena sprung forth in full armour. Hephaestus was born to both Zeus and Hera.

    6. Metis gave Zeus the emetic for Cronus… and Metis was the mother of Athena but Zeus absorbed Metis into him and Athena grew inside Zeus' forehead

    7. So. Athena is represented by olive trees, owls, snakes, and the Gorgoneion…. Which is why she turned Medusa. It’s to protect her. Didn’t work, unfortunately, because while it was a good plan nobody else followed it 🙄😒

    8. Hades as the God of the Underworld was also related to underground, valuable, minerals which why he was also known as "Pluto", meaning "Rich"
