Ukrainian army ambushed Russians attacking with many number of motorcycles and equipment in Donetsk

Ukrainian troops have inflicted heavy losses on Russian army units near Donetsk city in eastern Donetsk region. Russian TOR anti-aircraft surface-to-air missile system, other hardware and military personnel have been destroyed on strikes in the region. While inspecting the Donbass Arena stadium in eastern Donetsk region with the use of drones, Ukrainian Armed Forces’ 79th Separate Airborne Assault Battalion has intercepted the Russian TOR anti-aircraft surface-to-air missile system in the stadium. The battalion members immediately struck the area with the use of HIMARS, the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System. Video footage showing the Ukrainian strike on Russian TOR anti-aircraft missile has been shared on Telegram app. Apart from the TOR system, the footage shared on a Ukrainian Telegram channel shows other destroyed Russian military hardware such as burned tanks as well as kamikaze motorcyclists. Russian troops hiding from the drone attacks are killed in the Ukrainian strikes in the area. Ukrainian Telegram channels reported that Russian troops have failed to break through Ukrainian defences. It should be noted that, worth $25 million, TOR anti-aircraft surface-to-air missile system is widely used by Russia in its full-fledged war of invasion in Ukraine.
