Four adults and two children have died in a crash between a car and a motorcycle in Yorkshire.
The crash between a Ford Focus and the motorbike happened on the A61 between Staincross, Barnsley, and Newmillerdam, Wakefield.

What could of killed them all? Im genuinely quite surprised a car and a motorbike crashes and everyone dies? Hiw fast was everyone going and did they play chicken and nust go headfirst at 100mph or something. One thing i hate about modern western news is they never tell any truth just " a crash happened" its so vague that theres almost barely anypoint in reporting it. It just leavea thinking people wondering and the braindead saying "ohhh my heartaches" ohh the agony i feel so sorry for the family. 🤦♂️🤦♂️ peace to the dead comes from the living knowing not wondering with atheists saying they pray

Eek, how utterly terrible, I hope the girl aged 11 has a strong network of loving relatives – aunts, uncles cousins, grandparents, etc.
Whilst we do not know the exact cause of the crash the black patch on the road surface makes me wonder if it was immediately followed by a fire.

My heart goes out to the sister who survived. I can't imagine what she is going through at the moment and how she processes it. It's an horrific accident and it was heart-breaking to hear of it.
Can we do something to improve road safety? We don’t know much details about this particular incident, but I regularly feel unsafe driving on road where I live (North London) or when I travel country side of this country. People take over unnecessary, put pressure on other drivers, show frustration with verbally….
Is there anywhere I can report and share information (dash cam, reg number, etc) any bad drivers who can cause accidents and involve innocent people? Not sure reporting police would do anything to any report by individual in this country😢

I know cars don't make you invincible but with what speed and direction this had to happen so even car passengers passed away at the scene?
May 2023 google maps street view shows a speed limit of 50mph on that road. Accidents that happen on that speed should not be this fatal.
Tragic what happened to the kids that died and the now orphaned 11yr old girl. Same CAN'T be said to the reckless adults who have not thought of the safety of their passengers above all else.
And the anti police brigade should think of the stress the police have to deal with in these situations especially if they have Families at home.

The mystery to me is why the police say they are not prepared to name the motorcyclist. Does anyone know why ?
We have witnessed so much poor driving especially on motorway junctions. Our last one was on the M5, traffic was slowing moving to join the M5 from M49 jun18 southbound when a white BMW came hurtling down the M5 hard shoulder crossed over the white chevrons lines causing us to slam on our brakes and then we watched in horror the driver barely got through the gap between two lorries (one a petrol lorry) by the side of us wheel spinning in the debris on the no man’s land. He then carried on the other hard shoulder for a while before rejoining the M5 weaving over two lanes to the so nicknamed the fast lane disappearing in a cloud of black smoke. He left behind many motorists who were very shaken at their near miss or possibly death.
How the heck a motorcycle will do that to four passengers in a car? What kind of hit was that? Its a motorcycle not a cannonball I don't understand. Was there an explosion or what?
This is really a horrific incident. My condolences to the families and loved one's. ❤
