I recently was gifted this bike from a friend that moved out the country. The body is in presence condition for it being a 20+ yr old bike. I did have to switch out the shifters as it wouldn’t shift down. I believe it was the stock shifter shimano RSX. I replaced them with Shimano Tourney. Mainly do to budget. Other changes I made were esthetic, brown grip tape and seat. I’ve been riding it daily and it rides fine I think it may need a tuneup. Which brings me to my question. Is this bike worth investing in considering I got it for free. I would want to upgrade more things down the line like brakes derailleur ect. Any feedback would be appreciated! Thanks
