I’m a newbie to the sport but I’ve been watched all the extended highlights every morning when I wake up for almost a month ( according to my time zone )

Throughout all of these highlights I haven't seen anything mentioned of riders in 5th, or 10th etc. A Canadian was 6th in the time trial and 9th overall! Derek Gee!

These extended highlights are top notch. Half of these videos made me cry haha
Vingegaard should not have been there. He should have been on his couch eating crisps and watching everyone suffer, and nobody would have had a bad word to say about him. Instead, he trains through a punctured lung, gets on his bicycle and rides thouands of kilometres against the best of the best, and finishes, not only finishes but finishes second. He is the true hero of this year's tour. We will never know just what he went through to be there, let alone what he went through to be so competitive on every stage. What an absolute monster.
I hope the next year the same team will create TDF highlights ❤
