Here's an old picture, 1940-1950(?) from Italia, region south of Milano, near Parma. On the jersey, looks like the top word is "Cicli" popular on many vintage Italian jerseys, followed by another word below it that I cannot make out, Just above the white horizontal band. Any help would be appreciated. It is a foto of my great uncle after he won a local race. I'd love to recreate it and honor the elders, on the ride!
