That price sounds about right. For reference, I recently sold one of those on my local marketplace for $700 USD which I think is around $900 CAD.
Mine was a 2010 Transition Pro with a Campagnolo 10-speed drivetrain and alloy wheels, very comparable specs to the one in your post.
I did multiple triathlons on that bike from Olympic all the way up to full Ironman, and it served me well.
