①One Za’abeel Tower
One Za’abeel Tower is a commercial tower that opened in January 2024 and is a 68-story building with a height of 300 meters.

Housed within this tower are:

②One Za’abeel The Residences
One Za’abeel The Residences Tower is the residential tower of the development, standing 235 meters tall this tower consists of 59 storeys exclusively used by The Residences.

The tower houses:

③ THE LINK
A 230-meter panoramic sky concourse of epic scale and design, The Link is suspended perpendicularly across both towers at a height of 100 meters above ground level.
