Arriving in the attractive fishing village of Ballycotton in County Cork, Ireland. It overlooks Ballycotton Bay and has a sandy beach that stretches for about 25 kilometres east to Knockadoon Head. It has a lighthouse offshore on Ballycotton Island and also contains an RNLI lifeboat station that was established in 1858.
