Have they introduced a law for electric scooters in Moldova? In Serbia, high perf. scooters are unfortunately prohibited. They conditioned us with some kind of registration stickers. In traffic, you can find so-called "toys" of scooters with an engine power of up to 0.6 kW and a maximum speed of up to 25 km/h… The idiots who passed this law just copied the law as it is in Bosnia, the country with the most backwardness society in Europe and beyond.
