    1. Stop calling it the "Women's Giro D'Italia". It's a women's race. It takes place in Italy. And that's about the only thing the two have in common. If women can't do the mileage or the climbing that the men's pro riders do–they shouldn't call it pro cycling. There's not a "men's" marathon that is different than a "women's" marathon…. right? There's not a "men's" Ironman that is different from a "women's" Ironman… right? So why are all of those women's "pro" cycling races shorter and easier than the men's? If the courses and the distance and the climbs are all different / shorter / easier for the women… then CALL IT SOMETHING DIFFERENT. You're just making a mockery of the sport. Women's cycling is slow and boring to watch. They simply don't have the power or bike handling or panache that men do. I wish they did. But they don't.
