Simples getting on the viaduct from the canal, not so the other side, my last time there was a load of steps, not ideal with a bike or not able to walk very well
The Friends of Bennerley Viaduct site have some info about the closures, looks like it should be open again soon.
I had exactly the same issue 10 days ago having got to the blocked off section I was blooming annoyed to have to take the long route round. It was also quiet when I was there so I'm thinking people are put off with there not being a through route..
Last time I was at the steps of the BV they had a bike wheel Gutter to help push up or use walk mode? Is it staying or will it be accessible like the other end?😊
