      Had arguably the easiest route to the final, and made that look hard. And got fully exposed by Spain, they were on our players every time we were in possession. We let them have too much time and paid for it. To defensive, best form of defense attack attack attack.

      Not meant to be. Spain were incredible. Rodri came off and they clearly had a plan B.
      Maybe the last euros for Pickford, Kane, Walker, Stones, and Shaw, but Stones was the only player this tournament who looks hard to replace.
      Onwards and upwards.

      I think not taking Jack was costly(all imo)
      Starting kane everygame was costlly imo
      Not starting foden in the 10 was costly
      And taa should have come on v spain imo

      I also watched the Argentina / Columbia match who like Spain played their hearts out right to the whistle. Huge contrast to England who were a pale comparison to those three teams in formation, tactics and sheer will to win. That has to be Southgate's last match.

      You cant scam your way to the final through the easiest route possible and lose it to best team in the euros to say 2026 its coming home 😂😂

      I don't care that much about football, i follow the WC and Euros and watch the games with my dad because it's his passion, England haven't won anything in his entire lifetime, he's 58, supported them his whole life, after the game he didn't say a word, no anger or shouting or "what if they made changes earlier or started this player instead of that" he just got up wordlessly and went to bed. To me it's just a silly game, but to him who has gone above and beyond with his support his whole life i imagine it's a little different. I'm heartbroken for him 🙁

      Harry Kane is SELFISH for playing through injury. FFS we were essentially playing with 10 men all tournament. He also kept a player in Ollie Watkins who can run in behind and who had 32 goal contributions in the EPL on the bench. I also don't give a damn about Kane's 40+ goals with Bayern, considering the amount of quality service he has on his team and he is also playing in a weaker league than the premier league. He is the most overrated player of all time and has no silverware to show for it. Oftentimes, teams he has played for look better when he isn't playing. Ie. Spurs 2019 UCL campaign. If Southgate and Kane are out, England will be Champions in 2026.

      Also the fact that Jude Bellingham spent the majority of the match on the left handside does my absolute head in. Anthony Gordon was rotting on the bench all TOURNAMENT. Why was Southgate so reluctant to play Gordon. WHY did Phil Foden play a full 90 minutes when he was offering NOTHING ALL TOURNAMENT. How did Cole Palmer not get a single start in this tournament. Serious questions need to be asked and for the obvious favoritsm shown to certain players and the absolute waste of brilliant talents like Palmer, Gordon and Watkins who spent the majority of this tournament sitting on the sidelines when we were playing CRAP football.

      England were playing with ten men all tournament, Harry Kane In the last two Euro Finals had one touch in the oppositions box, thats tells you all you need to know.
