A bike ride from Etaples to the ancient picturesque town of Montreuil and a quick visit to Berck Plage in the Hauts de France.
[Music] there you go us Shel guns [Music] this is my this is French radio this is a blast this is a blast from the past okay is it nostal it’s not nostalgi normal radio in France it’s always nostalgic I’m prepared for all weathers [Music] [Applause] [Music] are you are you in the shop I in the shot are you going to entitle this one somewhere in the north of France no I’m going to entitle it I know I’ve got my shades on like me prepared for all weathers I’m being optimistic I think I think I’m going to entitle it yet another rainy Excursion by Chris and it always rains in it’s isn’t it whatever no but it’s wherever we’ve been apart from Malaga rain yeah it’s true so we decideed to PL on and uh face face the weather let’s go are clearly on bike friendly little roads in terms of lack of traffic but not all of it is probably Ted as you can see uh there’s some dirt trucks there’s some Pary t and there’s some that have been left to Decay quite a bit but altogether it’s still means you’re not getting oncoming traffic so it’s pretty Pleasant and it stopped raining woo [Applause] [Applause] [Music] here no way oh wow oh wow no come [Music] on let’s do it [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] they these are the typical north of France houses they’re called de long for obvious reasons another ler come restaurant and some ler are really really really cute indeed so pretty we had to stop for this ler because we can see how it was kind of put together the wall structure we don’t know how old this is but Chris reckons 17th century 18th century maybe 18th wow let me get a bit near actually [Music] well you can see evidence of um wood um what you wood Li wood worm wood worm yeah very nice a farm but it is a farm with laer accommodation and a dog I hope he’s friendly so some areas of the north of France are pretty remote and we just stopped here because we saw distributor automatic and this is quite incredible actually this is your automated Market oh wow I mean SAR to ever crave CIA uh available 24 hours a day thanks for your eggs that’s right [Music] oh [Music] oh [Music]
