We are Tony and Jane and we are living in and renovating our old Relais De Poste/Coaching Inn.
We live in the middle of France in a region called The Berry.
We have over 40 rooms to renovate so there is plenty of work to be done. We also love to trawl the local Brocantes, flea markets and antique shops for quirky furnishings and furniture.
We love to find out about local history and often visit other peoples buildings including our friends’ Chateaux.

F things that’s going to hurt [Music] [Applause] there’s two cars going waited all that time K now what a day [Music] [Music] [Music] well it’s all Happening Here we just come to the end of the road where the shett is all sorts of things going on S there this is quite a tiny little road but there’s a an encampment set up over there there’s quite a few people here on this Junction there’s further stuff down thereze it is lovely with the breeze actually I’m looking to see if there’s any cars coming M they did go past quite fast so we have a little uh picnic area oh here comes some more of the backup cars so Susan’s wandering up the road there to the other encampment Caravan 15 minutes that’s your 15 minute warning a long trailer on it long trailer it’s about 30 people having a barbecue on the back of the tractor and they’ve got combine harvester holding over a canopy to get you outside excellent harvers it’s really cool ex sh the spout got a did you get so it was exactly who I thought was said hello it’s the largest one of your neighbors yes Farm in the region and he said oh if we wanted to eat something like no could not possibly eat anything more he could have brought us back a burger but if we want to go back later and have some more drink they have [Applause] plenty I did I but it was noise does anyone suffer from high fever cuz you’re about to get it do you know what one of these is called [Music] Stuart is a mazus B I only know that cuz one tried to knock our house down yeah and [Music] [Music] we’re all [Music] waiting we’re getting there and another one have a no that was that we’ve had all the fun two [Applause] hours you know this looks like there was Road Kill Road Kill a he’s just having a little knck it’s a long time between the Caravan and the cyclist arriving isn’t it tone Oh yes oh yes very much Ton’s having a little Li down in the ditch it’s probably quite comfortable down there it is actually okay they originally said I think about half past 4 but um what time is I think we’re way past that now super Tony what time is it 430 530 all right no it should be could be oh that Sun’s getting hot now oh the helicopters are [Music] coming need a little V [Music] wow that is so cool that’s almost like display on its own isn’t it yeah look they’re coming down really low over there look absolutely that was Landing oh my God I was Landing why is he Landing cuz he can’t well they must drop people off with cameras I suppose that is possible yes yeah oh he’s he’s Landing in the field over there I mean the this one they’re all Landing oh you got matching hat you you too you’re on the same team all of see the guy his camera cuz they’re GNA Go pass pretty fast 45 seconds there’s motorbikes coming I think I’m probably going to run out of battery but something to get here oh no [Music] for [Music] yes there’s a helicopter right over there look so that’s where they are May N I think that’s the cameras so we have spotted the helicopter way off in the distance over here so that’s where we think they are right now they won’t be long yeah the helicopter oh he really low now he’s coming this way he’s over sambad yeah I know link everybody keep their eyes open coming this way the helicopter I think the arrival is imminent hey Li hey yeah t I think he was filming us but pass out he went pass out look might the in there oh yeah look at the Hy him wow 4 B it’s like 20 b this is say wa all that time and then 99 come along at once there’s just a few Cycles going past here unfortunately most of them are on top of cars wow look at all these bags that’s amazing wow all the different teams bikes did you recognize anyone no it’s Mark um Mark hes is the UK one look at how many I know these are all for the different teams like 10 bikes oh my not giving anything away though no they’re arguing that’s it I that’s oh liing now they’ll open the roads back up in a two hours probably FR France oh yeah it might be in the morning yeah we have to the four helicopters have all taken off again and then they’re all going to catch them up at the finish in Santa M which is about a 20 minute drive up the road [Music] from e
