Is this how it's supposed to fit? Ive been seeing the Rapha sale and bit the bullet with this cargo shorts and summer jersey. I'm 120 lbs and consistently a size small in bibs. This one feels ok but I'm wondering if it should be tighter. The jersey is an XS and I know it's loose but I don't think there's an XXS. What do you think? The cargo pockets are a dream!

Core line isn’t gonna be super tight- more of a modern club fit. If you want something tighter go with the pro line. Training series of pro is nicer to the wallet.Â
Otherwise fit looks fine.Â
The side view and rear view of the shorts make me think they might be too big, but I’m not the one wearing them so…
I’m a female cyclist. Check out Giordana FRC women’s. Great gear and super light weight.
Go with the pro fit instead. Shorts will be more fitted, and the jersey pockets will be a bit higher to prevent that sag.
Rapha Pro team even gives camel toe to men
i know you got shorts but really go for bibs they are worth it, you get used too it
Also how tall are you? I’m the same weight and am looking for more cargo shorts too and like how yours looks a bit more high waisted. Is the band able to go past your belly button?
It’s not no toe but it’s less toe than some dude posted the other day
Need more pics to fully evaluate
Core line fits “looser” than Pro Team or Team Training. Core jerseys especially are noticeably a looser fit by design. I think the jersey and shorts fit fine, although I think you can get away with XS shorts (if they go down to that size…).
No one can see your camel toe while you’re riding. Also it’s a huge power move at the cafe if you own it
Looks good, the Rapha core cargo bibs are my favs. Looks like you have the core top, which is built to be relaxed. If you want the tight aero fit, then Rapha Pro team is the next level up.
Can’t comment on the optical description of yours, as I find ALL bibs look kind of funny in that regard, independent of gender.
I would focus on the fit around the upper thigh area. If the bib is slightly too large, the leg part will slowly move / wrinkle upwards and cause chaving, discomfort or even the pad area to move. The fit above the tail bone is less of concern in my experience. From your pics I can’t really judge about the thigh fit, but it doesn’t look very tight / stretched.
Maybe a size down will be beneficial.
Jersey looks fine to me, if you don’t favor to have this super tight “sausage skin” like fit.
10/10
nothing wrong here
The Pro Team line will fit tighter “aero” compressive fit
Classic, Brevet, Core stuff is usually a size smaller than Pro Team for me.
Looks completely fine to me. How do they feel on the bike?
Refrain from rapha core. They just don’t fit well IMO and material is also not that nice.
The jersey seems a bit too big and if it’s the lightweight core jersey I can’t recommend it either. Because the fabric is quite thin, the seam of the back pockets breaks easily.
In my experience the core range caters to a target group that want rapha thinking they get a great deal for a branded product, but in reality chances are you’re gonna be dissapointed
You could probs sizer down
your saddle loves Camels
Don’t forget to simulate your riding position and motions when checking fits! For example, when you’re bent forward, the jersey will stretch out in the back.
The fit looks fine, cameltoe is something you have to put up with on almost any bib. Luckily, they are black and it’s definitely not noticeable (especially if you’re on the bike) unless someone is giving your groin a hard stare.
