Comparing the new Bermuda Connection scheme in Nuneaton after completion, to what the route looked like just before the project commenced in 2021. This is a highly controversial, expensive, and over-running scheme to open up a bridge to motor traffic.

For active travel, this scheme introduced a new shared use path running from the Griff Roundabout to the south, along St George’s Way, over the newly opened Bermuda Bridge (previously only accessible to able-bodied pedestrians and cyclists), before ending on the western side at The Bridleway, near Bermuda Village.

This comparison is run in near real-time, except for speed adjustments to keep each video syncronised. Use the YouTube controls to run at up to 2x speed if you wish, or use the chapter markers to jump to sections of interest.
