he wears the yellow he is our champion in Waiting this man though has drawn so much of our attention throughout this race T pater is a superstar in a race that has just had so many of those when you talk about vanard we were talking about Migel Anga Lopez just a short while ago and now T pater in the wake of Primos rogl but can he produce something of a wakeup call this man needs to take 1.6 seconds a kilometer on Primos RIT if he’s to win the Tour as well cuz we have a look here as well 16 down only Bacha Cav he’s also in the mix for the stage it’s hotting up beautifully everywhere not just at the top for the stage win but also that Podium Place RIT is going to be slower here at the first intermediate time check fora there is no panic yet Brian spoke about the mental battle between the two look at the tempo you can almost see a slight Tempo change now in rogl he’s gone down a gear the Cadence has gone up high slightly higher so he’s just on the fce drag now the sort of fce flats of this climb um whereas you look if you just watch the head of pogacha every now and again it just dips down there’s a slight rocking of the shoulders there from behind there’s a more of an urgency more of a desperation in pacha’s riding Style Today patad is still albe it at a smaller rate than at the start of this CL of this time trial still gaining time on Primos rogl he started the day with 57 seconds of a gap he now has 31 seconds of a gap bike change coming up for Pacha it has to be quick there can be no errors here remember a 5sec push maximum it is fairly quick he’s on his bike he’s going o he quite slow quite slow no bottle on the bike you notice taking a while to clip in as well oh oh dear oh dear that was slow and he is suddenly 12 seconds away wow 12 seconds this is happening this is on the Road Primos RIT is blowing a gasket and tday pachard might just be three km away from winning the tour to France Jens look at that time there we go Primo Rog is losing the tour to France Primos rogich is losing the tour to France right here right now and he’s still got four km to get over the line here in 2020 we thought the journey was complete we thought he’d become that conservative Rider the man who had kept enough energy however it is not enough against 21-year-old pachad who outside of his national championships has never won a time trial in professional cycling but here we go this is just that short rest B Rob we was talking about earlier you get a little bit of rest B toward the rander and the 300 M look a minute and 13 I mean this is um it’s not even going to be a stage win for yumbo visma this is history in the making this is history he’s here in the white jersey today pachad started the day with a little bit of hope he had better believe it now T patar only 21 years of age by the time he turns 22 on Monday he will be wearing the yellow Jersey as a winner of the tour to France for gatard across the line he takes the stage he takes white he’s the king of the mountains and he is the winner of the 2020 tour France because barring incident or accident today pachad will take the yellow Jersey on the sh tomorrow and we have seen one of the performances in the history of this great sport pachar has turned the tables history’s been made never ever forget where you were on Saturday the 19th of September 2020 he’ll remember it forever patar has humiliated RIT that is that and he will exchange white for yellow Brian Smith Brad Wiggins everybody watching wherever you’ve been that has been absolutely incredible [Music] [Music]

    1. I'm a Pogacar fan, but I wasn't over joyed how he beat Roglic in last stage(TdF 2020) which was a time trial, I'm not keen on Roglic but he rode well that tour and had it snatched away like that, a stage is a stage I suppose, but it would never of happened if it wasn't a ITT

    2. I thought Froomes downhill breakaway within last 20km I think, and he did the tuck that is now banned I believe, was 1 of my Favourite stage watch, and a few Pogy, jonas stages are great also, 🏁🚴‍♂️🗯💨

    3. Pogacar essentially won it on his own. Compare the performance and ability of his UAE team (that disintegrated) vs. the insane Jumbo-Visma team around Roglic. The better rider won.

    4. Let's be factual, Eddy Merckx is a cycling great, Fausto Coppi is a cycling great, Bernard Hinault is a cycling great, Alfredo Binda is a cycling great, Jaques Anquetil is a cycling great. Neither of these 2 are in the same category, therefore they are NOT cycling greats. Stop with the overdone superlatives.
