It's a strict liability offence, so can't escape except through a technical mistake by the police.
I notice that in the past few weeks the Police are not responding and giving you further information regarding prosecution. I think they are beginning to ignore you.

I doubt if the driver is aware of the rules in the highway code on zebra crossings
It is a bit disturbing that you have no further info, for sometime, from the Met.
You are legally required to stop at a zebra crossing once a pedestrian has moved on to the crossing, however, you're not required to stop until the pedestrian has moved on to the crossing. The pedestrian had clearly started to walk on the pedestrian crossing…
What I don't understand is why drivers don't slow down approaching Zebras, some are certainly reluctant to stop, but its the usual me me rush rush attitude.

That's deplorable to me. What does it take to stop and check for a pedestrian looking to cross? IF you approach slowly and no one's waiting, then on you go. If not, someone is waiting, then wait. I don't let hastiness supersede safety. I could be looking to get somewhere quick, but that's my time, not anyone else's.
They're on their time and that could be at normal pace, so you should look out for them. Drivers like the white car above don't give that consideration, or lapse in concentration, just as bad.

Perhaps with a change of government it is worthwhile asking why the police seem to have stopped reporting on the actions taken in response to your video submissions.

The police have basically given up in Bristol. If you want to break any laws, do so in a car and no problems.
Lost count of the times me and my wife have nearly been wiped out on a crossing. Being elderly it takes us longer to cross or get out of the way. It's no fun for us going out these days

You went past the street that I grew up in. When I was 3 years old, I took off on my 3 wheeler bike, rounded the corner and proceeded up the Old Oak Road. I think I got as far as the park you went past when a prison officer (from Wormwood Scrubs) on his way home (they had social housing down my street and also the houses you passed on the left) recognized me and brought me back home. I arrived back home and there was a policeman there and my mum petrified that I disappeared. I've got no idea where I wanted to go!
