right good morning people welcome back new Canal Roy today we’re going to starbridge along the canal going through kinster wolle cookley Kima starbridge doing the starbridge run today on the canal staff for che was checking out from kinster hope you’re all doing good currently at St Mary’s Church at the moment and let’s start with the journey for today hope you’re doing good and let’s crack on lovely morning for a road for all right good morning just at the Wolly locks at the moment just took the oodie off it’s a bit of a cloudy warm day for us today but always blessed for another ride this is Wolly let’s carry on to uh cookly tunnel and Timber hope you’re all doing good today folks welcome back to a new ride and if you are enjoying cheeky like comment subscribe all that good stuff more in the works and let’s get going [Applause] [Applause] get [Music] all right that was the cookle lock that was next stop is the cookle tunnel [Applause] cooco tunnel always a fun experience riding through that like if you do the Birmingham roid it’s like a mile and a 3/4 or something tunnel that’s a mission like next Burmingham ride we’re going to uh miss that tunnel completely hit the main road enjin the canal it’ll be a lot quicker but take off the list we did it so let’s continue today’s ride to uh starbridge oh we just uh stopped don’t know how good it is on the GoPro lovely bird shy Birds Heavens but lovely to see just trying to get a quick good photo of it let’s continue it’s always uh good to see on the canals for right I’m going to leave him to it lovely excit to see that happen got a video clip on my phone I’ll add it to today’s video for you but really really shy Birds herand on the canals and the rivers right over there I’m working on a another POV photography Style video on the canals and again that’s my main focus on the video project so not just Canal boats but Wildlife like herens other stuff like stuff like that on the canals don’t know when that video is going to happen but it will happen soon on the channel so yeah I’m just checking in for today uh we just left the cookley tunnel uh we’re heading forwards to Kima uh right now then we’re going to go straight through the Kima carry on up the canal all the way to starbridge and it’s going to be this is going to be one video and I’m going to record a second video for today so I’m doing two videos a day when I’m out riding at the moment trying a different style on filming and it’s going great hope you all enjoyed the uh celebrating the 40s in the 1940s event on the seven Valley that was a brilliant day out um I’m going to do a POV photography on the seven Valley in about 2 weeks in uh the 9th of July I believe the next 40s event is and I’ll be uh around buley and Arley on that one I’m going to um catch the um going to hang around in buley along the seven Valley and I’m going to hop on the train to oy and get some photos and stuff be a uh good day I’m going to leave it here for today’s uh first checking and we’re going to continue with the ride but that was really nice to see that Heron first thing in the morning is we’re just coming up to the uh lock house right up here I’m going to take about a 5 minute break get a drink of water then we’ll Carry On The Journey then we’re going to ride past one of my favorite locations you’re mentle good luck Chan for today people Robin on the bike got love it only parked up for a [Applause] minute right we’re back on the ride that’s good luck for today that is I don’t know if the GoPro uh caught it but I’ll put the extra bit of uh video footage I recorded on my phone and a drink on the uh next to a lock and a robin just uh landed on the under bars good luck for today that is [Applause] and now what a beautiful location at the uh on the canal folks just had to change the GoPro GoPro battery over can’t speak English Today folks it’s always a pleasure that’s a lovely uh [Music] location can’t wait for autumn and winter so I can get back out here and do another POV photography on the canal yes the summertime is brilliant but it’s even more better spring autumn and winter to be honest just because you ain’t got too much like trees and leaves around you get some really good shots and locations welcome to Kima folks just entering Kima we’re going to carry on through guys [Applause] [Applause] just rejoining the canal in a second I’m just looking at the lady get in front of us on the electric bike push bike don’t see the point to be honest I really don’t it’s going to ride you know takes all the fun out of it all right we’re going to uh Carry On Up Now right just approaching the duny tunnel and that is two electric push bikes pass me today I don’t see the point folks to be honest like if we’re going to go for a bike ride at least ride a push bik that gets you exercise and get the uh blood flowing that’s the uh done dunsley tunnel next stop is the uh wolver Hampton and uh Birmingham Junction turn offs up here yeah that’s how I just that’s how I see it again feel free to leave in the comments what you think about electric push bikes with me I don’t see the point right it takes all the uh fun out of riding and just ual exercise of stuff cuz I don’t know if you can see him on the goo but he is long gun all right so we’re just checking in for the second time today so it just took the um the right hand turn so if you go straight on where I was just heading to wolver Hampton take the right hand turn over the bridge and this way is to starbridge and Birmingham along the staffer Ware Canal again good luck on the ride and we are doing the burm Ro again it’s when like I don’t know when it’s going to be [Applause] but it’s going to happen again it might be a September October sort of thing I don’t know yet I don’t know what I’m doing so I’ve got so many uh video ideas that I’m I want to make so again it’s just splitting it up from work so again I’m taking every shift going at work for money obviously cuz that’s my income is work my day job and I can afford stuff for the Channel I want a new lens for my camera so again it’s in 18 to 105 or 110 lens for my Sony a6000 and that’ll be good for the street photography and just train photography and stuff but videos I want to do and on the channel and again just more equipment and stuff you know but again I’m just thankful for just out of starbridge at the moment we’re just um about 10 minutes around the corner I believe but we’re going to end today’s video on the uh starbridge Museum On the Canal that’ll be a nice uh nice location to get a photo as well for today but great ride right [Applause] oh [Applause] starbridge town in that direction or further up this way to starbridge as well to Birmingham we’re going to go this way to uh the Museum of in starbridge and end it for today’s video again it’s been phenomenal great ride going to be going that way after two obviously the starbridge and go to Greg’s get a sandwich and and uh get the second video underway for today but now it’s been really amazing but this is the route to Birmingham if you’re doing the Birmingham ride or the hike in the canals lock number 14 I believe that is starridge Glass Museum welcome to uh the nightmare of locks so many now between St in Birmingham all right that is going to be me for today on the uh starage run from
