Frame mounted racks are great, loaded it doesn’t affect steering or aggravate “front wheel flopping” when parked.

VO has the [Utility Bar](https://velo-orange.com/collections/handlebars/products/riser-utility-bar) that you can custom mount their rack in the lower position to get a similar setup.

Bear in mind they are pretty narrow and don’t give that much space for lever and grips. Gripshift is a no for example.
