I broke my Cannondale Trail 7 frame just riding along. It was replaced under the 'limited' warranty, meaning I was responsible for the cost of swapping the components. The new frame appears to have an additional strengthening piece added where the old one broke. I'm $200CAD out on the component swap due to the snapped frame. Is this Cannondale admitting there was a problem with the old ones? I have to say my faith in the brand has been severely damaged by this whole incident. Any thoughts?

Bro add a kick stand for when you need to stop and adjust your GoPro! 😂

There’s a reason they call em Crack-n-fail. Nice built in mud shelf!

    3. The new frame looks like it has a kickstand mounting plate.

$200 is cheap for the amount of time it takes to carefully remove, clean, and remount each component.

My thought is it’s asinine that you’re complaining that Cannondale lived up to their warranty and made it right…

They found a weak point and they reenforced it… how you could possibly conceive this is negative is beyond me. You’d prefer they left it alone and your new frame break in the same manner as the old?
