Maybe final assembly is in Germany, but those cranks are from Aliexpress, the frame is too, stem and handlebars, and seatpost is toseek brand carbon.
I recognize all of these because I love aliexpress parts, but you could literally build and customize a bike yourself cheaper if you do a little research on what “quality” chinese parts exist.

my guess is darkside buys cheap aliexpress/china components and rebrands it as their own brand while being assembling the bike in germany
