Description is incorrect. Fan was not in the road. It was Yves that wasn't looking as JV came past him.
Lampaert most probably didn't know it was Vingagaart.
Imagine if Vingagaart had crash and had to abandoned the Tour.
This is the kind of brilliant move in a moment that has no incidence on the result that could totally change the race outcome for many cyclists if it had caused a crash i.e. Vingaggart and mabe others. This is not standing your ground. This is useless and unacceptable.
So nobody was in the road……

Dumb move from Jonas, should have let rider know he is coming like that. He obviously flinched when Jonas bump him from nowhere.

Its amazing to me that the crowds are allowed so close to the riders, one clip could be catastrophic for several riders! They also need to get rid of metal barriers, or at least have padding on them in the final km during sprints
