  1. Zizzos are neither crappy nor are they cheaply made! The paint on my Via is gorgeous as are the welds and the bike works perfectly. I’ll probably still be riding it while your Brompton is in the shop… again! And it appears that you caused the problems with the drive train and haven’t dialed it in, so don’t blame Zizzo. They offer a great bike for a reasonable price. Brompton’s are nice but are way over priced!! Love your channel tho’, keep up the good work!

  2. Same as me Brian, use a cheap or old bike for those commutes to and from work, here in England we have lush green grass but alot of fast bad drivers who still haven't learnt how a speedo works in a car ! Stay safe 👍🚴

  3. We have the same here in the UK. Most towns and cities here don't have the bike lane infrastructure that our bigger cities like London have and the smallest vehicle most drivers tend to be looking out for is something car sized so cyclists are pretty much invisible!
Regarding your gearing on the Zizzo, maybe a narrower chain could help. If your bike is 8 speed then maybe try a 9 speed chain which is slightly narrower in profile. Also you may want to consider fitting a Shimano Claris rear mech which has a medium length cage so it's suitable for 20" wheel folding bikes and a capacity up to 32 teeth on your biggest ( lowest) gear cog.

  4. Can i change the gearing of my zizzo , and where i can find this new gearing ratio. Tanks a lot for the tips , im a begininer

  5. I just got my Zizzo Campo from Amazon. I waited until the price dropped $100 from $329 to $229, and with zero interest payments. I'm 68, retired, and a cancer survivor, so not on a big budget. Been riding a couple single speed bikes. Your videos here about Zizzo folders really helped me pick the Campo. The bike arrived double boxed, packaged super well, and it was just a matter of cutting zip ties, removing foam packing, unfolding and installing the seat post, and airing the tires. Brakes and shifting work great right out of the box. For me, the gearing is good. I'm sure a Campo would not be fast enough for you stock, but for me it works. I ride every day a minimum of 5 miles, and I still have my cheapo single speed cruiser rat bike with coaster brake. Love the Zizzo, and you steered me to one. Thanks for that, and thanks for your great videos!

  6. Great stuff again Brian! The social commentary about faulty cultural programing is gold. Site appropriate landscaping is vital for conservation. Especially in the west.

  7. I love my Zizzos. Very inexpensive…I don't consider them cheap. Nice to see you feel the same. You ever consider a belt drive and a shimano Nexus/Alfine hub?

  8. A really enjoyable video thank you. I'm watching from the UK. I think that you should be more concerned about yourself being damaged if you are hit than the bicycle. However I am just the same as you, I worry about the bicycle more than myself.

  9. hey Bryan, you told me the name of your entrance theme (intro name), would you please tell me again.. Will download the song this time

  10. You can use a waterless wash and wax on your bike frame. Dirt will find it harder to stick to the frame. Colarado need to mow the grass less frequently and at a higher cutting height.

  11. That quick fold with the handlebars unfolded looks really nice and I think I can do that with my dahon mariner. I wonder what you call the folding method.
BTW, what paneer bag are you using?
Thank you for this cool video.

  12. Very cool vids! Keep up the cool content. I just moved to China again where it’s folder central. I was prepared and brought my Brompton too. I really enjoy your videos because I’m from Park Hill and like seeing all the local sights! I’ll have to send you some local picks of the 15 year old folders I see on the daily here in Shenzhen.

  13. Hey Brian, why not give some thought to using an ebike for some of the daily commute rides?
You don't have to use the electric motor all the time- maybe just when you know the wind is going to be strong against you, or its going to rain.
So you can still keep up your fitness by riding without the power on part of a journey.
I use an electric brompton, and its light enough that I can ride it like a normal bike with the motor off, but when I'm not feeling 100%, or the weather is windy/rainy, I switch on the motor and it makes the ride a lot less unpleasant.
To be fair, I know It's a lot of money to spend on a bike that you would only use once or twice a week, and it might be just me getting older and wanting an easier time of it, but just a thought.

  14. Zizzo Liberte commuter here. Every day. Into and through NYC. OK, PATH from NJ into NYC, then riding on the streets. The easy folding and dollying make it really easy to get through crowded stations and up stairs folded. The light weight of the Liberte was what sold me, because I knew I had to negotiate stairs and turnstiles. The 20 inch wheels are great for the occasional pothole.

  15. Your words about riding onto your workplace grounds with the trucks, and sharing the roads with drivers who aren't as observant as they might be, make a lot of sense. I live in a town where a lot of drivers don't seem to be 'bike aware' – this is why I always wear a high-vis vest when riding my Ammaco 20" wheel bike, anywhere. I also wear a light coloured helmet, which friends say make me much easier to see… when I have to drive a car I notice cyclists wearing white, yellow or light orange helmets are the most easily seen.

  16. I have a refurbished campo and it's great I paid $200 for it and after someone ran over me at a crosswalk I was able to get a second one for less than most bikes cost.

  17. Get off the sidewalk man. It is illegal for a bike or motor vehicle to be on the sidewalk it belongs in the street doesn't matter if it's smaller or bigger only exception is kids under 12 years of age…

  18. I don’t know how you’re able to ride these things for miles to work without getting people’s sh** opinions who demand ‘normal’ stuff including full size bike(unless they’re electric).

  19. This guy is dope! So many reviewers come off so fake… I need to see the bikes but can't stand how much people are selling crap components… I just watched this video, because it's the life. The real life.✌️

  20. thanks for the video and thanks for your persistence on keep riding to work. it awfully sad here in north american cities (even Canada is the same shit) we have zero usable bike infrastructure and cities do nothing about making it any easier. car supremacy in these two country is on full swing. hopefully one day we become like europe and stop this car madness in our cities
