I am rigging my new used gravel bike for summer touring. I just bought these Decathlon aero bars to try them out and realized that by putting them on, I no longer have full access to the handlebar flat section. Are all aero bars limited in this way?

There are less of these, and they sometimes cost more. Some are also just narrower/have narrower arm rests with more forward pads, that at least let you grip the 90* turn on the flats.
