Hi, newbie here. Just bought an Orbea alma H30, and I'm not sure if this noise is acceptable or what's going on. I've just done 25km on it, adjusted the stem but the noise is still there.

That sounds like a loose headset. Did you undo the bolts on the stem before tightening the cap?
It sounds like the brake pads in the caliper, if it is, it should go away after some usage
Edit: if you want to confirm, turn the bike upside down and hold the brake, then rotate the wheel by hand
