Join me on what was supposed to be a cycling adventure from Bilbao to Muskiz. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned. Halfway through the ride, I started hearing a clicking noise coming from my left pedal. Concerned for my safety and the health of my bike, I made the decision to turn around.
Back in Bilbao, I visited Mammoth Bikes, where the staff were incredibly helpful in diagnosing and fixing the issue. Watch as I share the ups and downs of this ride, the beautiful scenery along the way, and my experience at Mammoth Bikes.

beautiful morning in bbow the the river is extremely calm the sun is out today’s challenge is to try and cycle to the Sea so I’m going to try and cycle to musth this will be the Fest I’ve been on a bike I’m hoping to do it in a good time as well cuz well I need to pick Alber up at two so let’s see if we can get back in time to to pick our up as well [Music] n [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] just going through thosa now which is one of the uh slightly more crowded places this leads on to Balo don’t know if you can see the mountains in the background in a second but you can see G goov to to my my left the big old mountain behind the trees that’s a 1,000 M Mountain AR and I like fing out that occasion when been up at a handful of times takes about 5 hours up and down so absolute Peach of a day so just riding through Balo now and that is exactly 10 km my watch has just beeped at me so 10K in and I think to musk is 35k so all in all I’ll be doing a 70k ride which is the by far the longest ride I’ve done done [Music] [Applause] [Music] today first first official problem I’m getting a few like clicks on this uh well on this side of the bike on the left side so I’m going to try and maybe tighten the pedal I’m not sure if it is the pedal or if it’s on my my shoes but give me a little TI and see what happens well the bad news is still making that click noise but I’ve continued to carry on going which could be a bad idea uh I’ll point at the bike now so if you know what this noise is leave it in the comments below that would be much appreciate frustrating new bike new problems I guess but enjoying the views got a beautiful mountain to the the right hand side got a little Hill in front of [Music] me tot the back going to have to take the bike into the shop so I got to about 20 km in so by the time I get back to the shop we get this checked out should be 40K little bit go cuz I want to go pretty I wanted to go with father today but this clicking is pretty annoying I’ve got to go go get it checked out besides from the clicking on the bike absolutely stunning stunning views nice little town that pass as well I’m not sure what the name of that is but yeah there the views are beautiful been s on this old dude’s wheel for a while the old dudes out here absolutely killing it they’re rapid [Music] this this dude on emtv flew past us up the hill and on the flat we were just absolutely annihilated him I’m still with this dude he’s rocking I need to change up again he’s going some [Applause] [Music] well I’ve got to say that’s a a pissed off I’m glad I made so I went into Mammoth bikes in bilb and I was a little bit hesitant at first but their service is topnotch and um yeah I’m well happy with the service that they provided uh the guy managed to to find and solve the the problem I think it was I I didn’t screw on the pedal tight enough so yeah so now I’m just sitting on a bench taking in some beautiful views but the fan in behind [Music] me Jon’s getting absolutely chaffed with uh with the service pumped up my tires probably cuz my shitty little pump on my bike doesn’t doesn’t infl properly so I’ve actually got some decent air in my tires now so I’ll be able to go a lot further and a lot uh a lot faster and um yeah he’s just sorted the bike right out for me done it there and then the shop didn’t charge me anything and um this is a this is a happy happy Ben I’m glad I I come home and and didn’t see how the ride a little bit further and cause any damage to the bike but what a what a place to chill thought I’d take a ride to the Guggenheim I’m not seen it from this angle before it looks pretty [Applause] cool the most famous spot in b b the googan going to ride past that in a sec got to go under the big tantula first under the big spider app the made the lady who made this she made it because her mom was scared of spiders [Music] zig enim [Music]
