the day after a history making day at the Tour of France the day after a new record holder for the number of stages was taken and a brand new green jersey was crowned for the moment at least the pelan got together in m and would head to djon for stage six of the Tour of France gabia pison and the rest were hoping to try and challenge Cavendish in the other sprinters pson back on his bike after a crash Cavendish celebrating becoming the sole record holder wild forite was promising to have a go where would the Riders travel well you’d think they’d be Keen as mustard to get up the road djon the destination after 163.5 km the wind though was blowing Westerly for most of the day that surely would make for a nervous day just 1,000 meters of climbing on paper a Sprint stage but one for the GC contenders to be very careful with what a day for gai Cavendish and the rest Cavendish stage winner gay in the green jersey for the first time bachar AOL and Company hoping to have a safe day without incident and when the flag went you wondered who would attack they getting rather used to not having breakaways on Sprint stages at this tour and today mainly it would be the case for a little while at the start there was action yonas AB Bramson tried to pick up the one single point on offer in the king of the mountains competition he did so and he had local resident Axel zangler with him zangler from alzas but resident in the region where we started up the road but both deciding they wouldn’t continue and they were back in the peltin with 135 K to go most of the action was on the side of the road until the intermediate Sprint came 20 points for yasper Philips a very good moment too for binam Gayo took a couple of points on the injured pedon teams were trying to split it in the wind most notably F Malisa bike 8ks to go and that split occurred mechanical issues for Cavendish made sure that it would be a tough Chase for him back on and when the split went Cavendish was a minute behind all eyes though on the pelan and the composition of the groups because anybody in the GC split here as the Gap grew to around 30 seconds and there would be danger Pacho was in the front group most of his team in fact the rest of his team were in the back group all was back together 10 km later though Cavendish was back too after an argument with the commissar more nerves continued as they headed into the next cross snd section everybody fighting for narrow roads a crash involving two or three different Riders from unu X Harper caught out two and the wind blowing from left to right again thankfully it was a soft Landing into the barriers 15 km to go nerves building this time for the Sprint GC Riders tried to stay safe sprinters wanting more success asan Kazakhstan took up at the front caves wanted to be in position for yet another stage win so much energy expended by every single team keeping positions though that washing machine effect was on maximum spin Abramson King of the mountains was there to put Uno X into a top position and They Carried that position inside the final 2 km then it was marus Court’s turn inside the final few hundred meters ven Shaw was w Kristoff the man who was going to Sprint a day before his 37th birthday but they would then lose position matcha for the Paul and alaena kernik making sure that they would put the power on on the right hand side philipson was following F was there as well though the Le in great position as was Dylan kruna gay was following to in the green jersey kruna though came out onto The Far Side the Lee was through the center gay was there the door was very much closed on fard philipsson and kruna came to the line there was a look across at each other but on the photo finish it was around a quarter of a wheel not even that the margin of victory for Dylan kruna who won at the tour to France two years in a day since his last victory this time in the Dutch Champions jersey making the tour for JA alula another Sprint more chaos nobody has the perfect lead out at this race but it was kuna who was there to survive that chaos and win stage six and it made a heck of a lot to the team all the talk about that nose mask a cover an arrow addition whatever it is he was very much more Batman than Bruce Wayne after that Delight for the teammates as well classified check with Huna beating Phillipson gai gavidia bous Deli fart dear Kristoff and aaman after the stage it turned out that the juri’s deemed the closing of the door on fard by Philipa to be illegal he was therefore relegated and the Netherlands national Jersey back on the podium at the toour of H T Bacha in charge of the general classification no change in the top 10 going into the first of two time trials at this tour a 45C lead for pachar over aapol will be one of the favorites for the time trial in fact it’s a Burgundy wine trial from Nan venue for a Sprint stage a couple of years ago all the way to J Shan that hosts a finish of the tour for the first time 25.3 km just over 300 M of climbing most of which coming right in the middle of the parkour the first of two time TRS the easier one on paper but allbe it always the race of Truth you can watch it live and On Demand on Euros Sport and Discovery plus the home of cycling

    1. No one had a perfect lead out? I'm not sure how much more perfect MvPs leadout could have been. JP wasn't up to speed and then went right for no reason. If he was up to speed and just went straight he would've won with ease.

    2. Jasper disaster the monster keeps his dirty moves, last year on TDF stage 3 he blocked Wout Van Aert and Biniam Girmay on stage 7, this year the judges were not sleeping like last year 🤣🤣🤣🤣 and she religated 🤣🤣🤣

    3. Absolutely Jasper philipsen the disaster monsters fan are very happy this year, congratulations to his fans🤣🤣🤣🤣

    4. Astana were well positioned for much of the run-in, but Cavencrap made no impact in the sprint, placing 20th.
Cavendish was not so understanding (usual Petulant childish antics) during the stage when he suffered a mechanical problem, was hampered by a television motorbike and then briefly drafted behind his team car to return to the peloton. He was fined 200 Swiss francs, docked 15 UCI ranking points, 10 points for the green jersey competition and 40 seconds in the general classification

    5. this is not the first time Jasper Philipsen doing that box out. He seem to always rely on that dirty tactic. Without mvdp giving a leadout this fellow is no good at one to one sprint. Just that others are weary coming side by side with him. This is why i admire Pedersen more as a sprinter

    6. Philipson is the most wreckless sprinter in cycling these days.
He should be banned he cant hold his line even the day before he also cant hold his line.

    7. 1:58 😮 Jasper cuts across four riders at the intermediate Sprint, also. From left-middle to right-middle as they moved.
On screen, we view that as right to left…
