I like #1 the best out of those. Change up the bar tape to something bright and fun when the black wears out and you’ll be one of the most memorable bikes on any ride.

Unrelated but does anyone else think the positioning of the Trek logo on the downtube is weird? Seems like it should’ve been centered.
