I had Paint protection film on top tube of my Trek Domane SL6 and made the mistake of taking it off without using enough heat which caused the clear coat to peel off. What are my options for fixing this DIY as I called local trek and LBS but they can’t do anything. Don’t want to paint the bike, can I just sand the clear coat edges and reapply clear coat ?

Your options are repainting the bike if you want it to look decent at all.
I would look at it like this. If someone tried to steal it you’ll know immediately that it’s yours.
