So I am a newbie to mountain biking and recently got this bike new from bikes online. It’s a 1×9. It came good with everything working but when I shifted up to the highest gear it wouldn’t do that and when I shift down a gear it would get stuck. Now I tried everything to fix the bike such as watching YouTube videos saying to adjust the L screw and to readjust the wire for the shifter. Now it will not go up or down a gear and can only shift to like the middle gears only. Also when I click the shift button shifting down felt so easy to press. Please help me or guide me to fix my bike. Thanks!
