morning morning morning why should everyone move to Italy one reason because of the weather because of the people Sean do you have any favorite Italian phrases uh I think it’s a curse word though so because of the food because of the history that’s food culture weather because of uh the wine because of the olive oil because of the cars because of the motorbikes I can go on forever it’s got it [Music] all we’re on stage two in bolognia and you’re watching race tv uh is there a famous sauce named after it bu sauce that would be my guess also baloney baloney yeah bolog yeah it’s Ru another salt but why add so what makes what changes about Ragu when you add no you don’t add Ragu is a is kind of a sauce with meat but slow cooked so if that’s Ragu then what’s Ragu Olive o use yeah that’s it’s from here oh it’s just the longer version it’s just a longer name version no like special from B yeah okay so it’s the bolog type of preparing it’s a speci way bolognia version of then yes we need [Music] Alto and [Music] then I don’t really drink coffee and I have never actually made my own coffee ever oh thank you thank you very much but oh thank you well however I do know how to have a pensive moment with a cup of coffee so here’s my pensive moment thinking about the day ahead with coffee and Oatley of course I’ve been thinking quite a bit about the fact that we’re in San Marino and San Marino sounds it sounds luxurious it sounds exotic it sounds like a place that there’s a prince and a king and a princess and a castle and and there’s really none of those things here at all I don’t know there might be a prince but as far as I can tell there’s really only just a tax Haven and a lot of really concrete buildings and I’m I’m disturbed by this [Music] music [Music] another race circuit we’re the fastest one here in the Convoy and the biggest mile [Music] [Music] just there we go bottom of s Luca 1.9 km 10.6% is this particular climb speed of this pelaton into the bottom of San LCA 15 seconds Richie 15 seconds Po and vineard in front what do you see I see the two out you have together 10 seconds Richie 10 seconds to pogar and vinegar if you catch them they need to ride hard for GC and if you finish a few seconds in front of them by sneaking away you can take yellow 10 seconds right there here goes the attack jagat decides to go for the Finish if enole kicks so does Richard canabas and Pacha looks at them and thinks where did you lock come from cater pass is going to win from that group ahead of jat ahead of fenol ahead of venard and behind them here comes Roman [Applause] B job man way to go yeah another hot one that climb was uh pretty brutal feel like uh soon as I hit it just never couldn’t really move too much so steep but yeah Richie was really really good so I think that’s really promising we’re just honest about it since Richie’s crash in in tour to Swiss was a lot worse than uh you know than than a lot of people have known about I mean he had multiple stitches in his mouth he wasn’t able to eat uh because because of that he caught a high fever he had a fever he’s basically trained about 5 hours in the two weeks before the tour to France none of us expected that he would be at this level I mean it’s a it’s incredibly surprising and we’re not going to get carried away with it we’re just going to take this day by day we’re just going to we’re just going to we’re going to let him rest up tomorrow the best he can and uh and not really put any more expectation on it but damn went from a real Day to a real good day we work for Latino American television and Colombian Ecuadorian and Venezuelan cyclist is really important for our uh continent and Richard is a big Idol so and also a part of his talent like cyclist and everything is is like a person it’s a guy that is always with dis position to talk he talk well everyone understand what he say that’s makes the people loves me I don’t I don’t know yes he’s from bolog bolog yes fena s is from Florence so bolog sa is from bolog okay so but is Ragu the same thing as bolog no no no Ragu is with me meat uh and the bolog is more more more tomato maybe than meat but isn’t it ruu bologi like Ru is the like a genre where bolog is specific no maybe bolog specific from bolog yeah that’s what I mean bolog

    1. JV and Mr. Cheezle from The movie Grandmas boy have the same vibe lol 😂.

It’s been awesome to see EF holding it down in the first 2 stages! Let’s goooo!

    2. Bettiol said leave me alone so I can rest and get to the room. Italians don't want to explain how amazing the food is comapaired to everywhere else in europe.

    3. Christian Vandevelde sighting! I hope y'all have him on again to chat. 🇺🇲

Congratulations Richie and EF! Alberto going on about reasons people should live in Italy reminded me of Bubba in the movie Forrest Gump listing all the ways shrimp could be prepared. 😄

    4. Jonathan Vaughters low key shi++ing on San Marino is fun. Also Neilson's third grade level understanding of pasta sauces…

    5. Typical Americans trying to tell the Italian the difference between ragu and bolognese ….for criminy sakes. <—- I've written this as an American…come on guys….no offense to Alberto but would you ask him to explain the difference between baseball and softball????? So don't tell him what ragu and bolognese are and are not.
