so you Google that also it seems to be a a video field card reader it may be some security uh Patrol checkpoint reader so we’ll just have a quick look at the uh the back the distribution Center and then we’ll see about getting the Drone up and around the corner is Goods inwards it looks like it’s a a road shared by oh is that Snap-on as well just there I think that might be a Snap-On building as well might be a gate house here is it hello hello empty Gate House door open not very good security is it yeah I think that is uh snapon as well there to the left and this will be the main yard closed gate good stuff Bay 1 to 7 over there to the left some shrink WRA pallets on the ground and a few Vehicles all drivers must report to the docking office and a few Snap-on Vehicles down at the back that looks nice a balcony up the top is that the MD’s office or is that the canteen where you can all come out and enjoy your lunch on the balcony but yeah it does seem that this area here is Snap-on land so we’ll get outside of their perimeter and have a little look at this building here looks a lot newer than the other one around the corner and I’ll tell you what this barrier very very thick look at that the pin go in there you ain’t raming that are [Music] you I expect that will go very deep down into the ground and I bet they’re not leaving their padlock unclipped let’s have a look no definitely not so visitor reception let’s go and let them know what we’re doing so that we don’t get a overreaction we don’t get somebody raising the alarm unnecessarily so it’s an unmanned reception on a gimbal stabilizes these sensors stop you from going into walls yeah can’t crash it and if the battery gets low so ay about you having it yeah that’s it but surely if I come in here and just say what I’ve just said there shouldn’t be a problem should there I don’t see it being a problem but no i’ I’ve always wondered cuz obviously people get so annoyed that you have like you fly stuff over and like yeah they don’t actually realize the law about it yeah that’s it and snapon you’ve got the industrial side over there as well for the Aerospace and Military and the one thing I always think is when when people come out and start like attacking you and stuff like yeah like do they not realize that’s going to how bad that’s going to make their business look exactly yeah but they see me as a threet they see me as just about to rob the place or guiding somebody in you know yeah exactly like they don’t they don’t actually what you go up to and it’s good cuz like people like people wouldn’t know stuff about this industrial estate and it’s good that you can actually get the chance to like go around and have a look yeah it I really appreciate that everybody knows snapon yeah have they ever seen where you’re based and what how big you are how nice your offices are look at that I mean look that’s what people dream of is it yeah it’s a big that’s like the top range that one that was for our 100y year anniversary this one how many thousands of pounds for that quite a lot for that one off the top of your head less than 10 i’ probably put it around about there yeah yeah they are they’re expensive bits of Kit them yeah Li limited edition is it yeah I feel Star Struck it how many was made you know I think they made a couple hundred of them right so I believe they were they were manufactured in the US so I believe they were made in Alona which is like where we’re based over in America so I think they made a couple hundred of them so like yeah speci like special limited editions ones I’m not sure it’s locked I’ve tried i’ love to see the how smooth the drawer is yeah they’re really they are really nice yeah they locked but yeah they’re really nice bits to K them in the UK how many Snap-on bases have you got so this is our main Distribution Center uh We’ve obviously got the industrial around the corner and then um in kingslin we’ve got our diagnostic side so they kind of deal with like all the like the diagnostic tools and our like mot bays and like analyzers bits like that but um I believe we’ve also got a place in Rin I think we’ve got a business solutions uh office down there but obviously the main like OS of the businesses they’re all out in the vans so you’ve always got got a snap on guy wherever you are and how do they get their stock so that that comes from from us here right so we’re like the mang Distribution Center so all of their deliveries and all that they they all come through here right okay direct to their house and they so most of them have like lockups and stuff yeah they all have like warehouses so yeah that that will that will comes through here so this is like the main the main for snapon in the UK all right and what’s your particular job so I um I do the service center so I kind of deal with like broken tools for um guys in vacant areas so they’ve not got like a rep um cuz obviously a lot of it’s lifetime warranty so um is it yeah so a lot of the tools like I had one the other day the guy bought a r I think was like 1973 and like we just replaced it for him wow that is good yeah there’s a lot of uh there’s a lot of stuff like that and you’ve got the um the authorization to just replace so yeah cuz cuz obviously they’re sold with the lifetime warranty where um any so like uh ratchets like sockets just like little hand tools like that we’ll always replace for up to a certain amount without even getting authorization you can do that make that decision yourself yeah so obviously yeah so they’ll come through to us and we’ll um so it kind of works as they’ll call us and let us know what they’ve got we’ll raise up like the returns form for them so they’ll they’ll get them into us and yeah we’ll just send them some brand new ones right so they have to send the damage one here first yes so yeah they’ll get them into us and then we’ll we’ll just straight up swap them out for him and get get him some new ones obviously goods go in and up there visitors come in and park anywhere in this large car park disabled spaces vacant only one being used us there and the reception where we went in and spoke to lovely Archie yeah perfectly situated that warehouse down at the back very very secure nice and secluded surrounded by trees and their own other buildings that was the Industrial side of the business over there and I’m sure it links let’s just go over and have a look to see if there’s a link can they come out of this building and into the yard yes and not only can they come out they can come out with pallets as [Music] well I thought they would some Snap-on Vehicles down at the back also some trades Vehicles the silo for the sprinklers and some standing water on your roof just there a vehicle coming out now uh polyforms also joined by that forklift driver who was buzzing around on the forklift but he seems to be going in the opposite direction to me he’s walking around to the industrial side of things oh no he’s not he’s having a cigarette outside pilet is nice and neat surprising to see staff vehicles in the secure area they don’t normally trust the staff vehicles to get so close to where Goods could be slipped out of the fire exit a few Bays here and what’s this a dock office very [Music] nice so this guy has just spoke to the lry driver behind and it looks like is cutting his uh oh he’s talking to Archie yeah he’s talking to Archie just there that’re just about to raise the alarm but Archie is giv us a reference see it sometimes makes a difference when you go in and let them know sometimes you see people that have watched the videos and it goes well sometimes people that haven’t watched the videos and it still goes well but now and again it just aggravates the situation inside and saying what the hell have you coming here for to to tell us why don’t you just do it and then none of this argument would have happened can’t see they ratchet so let’s get a little bit lower let’s see what they’re throwing away just here yeah old tools pliers ratchets bars whoever collects that skip is in for a right treat very well kept very well run and with Archie on the end of the phone when you call in for a warranty claim you know that you’re going to be sorted out pretty swiftly so around the local area lots and lots to see so I think we should end this video they’re not aware of the laws on them and that and yeah yeah it’s quite funny I think that part of the video is very entertaining but also I mean I’ve just gone right low into your skip there you see all the damaged power tools that Archie gets his phone call and warranty claims he deals with and stuff so I’ve learned how fantastic you are at customer service how nice the place is how many units you occupy people don’t know Snap-on but now they can see where you are and they can have their own opinion of how good you are yeah exactly real life stuff you know yeah yeah exactly it’s cool so I
