My Grail has developed this knocking sound when pedaling. It’s present at lower wattage and doesn’t happen when out of the saddle. Any idea what may be causing this?
I’ve tested without anything in the downtube storage. I’ve also removed, cleaned, and replaced the crank to proper torque specs.

When you were messing with the crank, did you check your bottom bracket bearings? Headset bearings? How about the location of your cable? Any chance it is hitting the crank every stroke?
