Hey all, most of us know that most bikes that are stolen are chopped up and sold for parts, that said if the frame or the whole bike is every recovered, it's still worth it to have your bike registered. You can register your bike at:
- Always take a photo of your bike
- Alway write down your bike's serial number which is located under where the pedals connect on the frame
- Register your bike with your local police or city if they have it
- Register your bike on https://project529.com/garage
Always park in as secure of parking as you can find. Also remember, your healthier and saving money by riding a bike over a car, so if you are unlucky and lose your bike, you'll still be ahead of where you'd be if you'd been driving that whole time.
