On this cycle ride video I cycle from Easingwold, north of York, in a loop up onto the Howardian Hills via Crayke, Ampleforth, Byland Abbey, Coxwold & Newburgh Priory. Trying to de-stress and not as fit as I have been which is so annoying!
Cycling over 60 / cycling 60+ : Setting myself a challenge this year to do 66 bike rides with bike ride videos in the year I officially become an Old Age Pensioner.

Sorry to hear your mum is getting worse. It's always harder for the family with somebody who suffers from dementia. Don't forget to look after yourself what ever you can do to deal stress. All the best
