Brand new Canyon Spectral ON 7. The chain rubs the rubber cover on the chainstay in the low gears. It barely rubs, hardly noticable but I assume it's not supposed to do that? Is there anyway to adjust it?

    1. just buy a lizard skinz (unaffiliated, I promise) chain stay protector that’s flat, not ribbed for, uh, your pleasure. probably won’t rub. GLHF
edit: it probably doesn’t rub when you ride it. when the suspension sags. but I don’t know. try it out.

    2. Assuming you didn’t put the rubber there and anything is assembled correctly, I’d connect Canyon.

    3. Suspension sag should solve this, no?

Check your shock/sag setup instructions. If this is brand new you might be at higher elevation so pressure in the shock is higher than it should be. Likely have to bleed off some pressure, but follow the instructions for optimal riding experience.

    4. Unrelated but is the chain hitting your derailer in this position (highest gear)?

Hard to tell from this angle but if it is the chain is too long
