How are pushchairs supposed to get past?? I feel so sorry for people living up north. At least where I live it’s still England though if you travel 10 miles in each direction it’s a different story.
The majority of the county I live in has laws against this. No parking on paths or verges and bins can't block pathways. Write to your local councillors. Show them the video.
