Poland is my native country. I was born there, grew up there, learnt how to ride motorcycles in my teens there and after finishing university in 2006 – I left there, to emigrate to Australia.

In April 2017 I left Australia for a solo trip around the world on a BMW F800GS. I named it “Are We There Yet” because I don’t know my final destination or the duration of this journey.

And finally I made back it to Poland on my round the world tour… right in time for winter! It was a very sentimental moment for me – to see my family and friends after such a long 6 month ride from Australia.

During a long winter, BMW Dobrzanski and Akademia Enduro prepared Chillie for the second leg of my RTW tour. Although I’m from the North East of Poland there were still so many places yet to discover. So for the grand finale I decided to ride the Trans Euro Trail and had a ball!

    So long Poland!

Throughout my journey, I’m raising money for a young disabled child in Poland named Franek. Franek was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (weakness of the entire right side of the body) and he will require constant rehabilitation for the rest of his life. All the money raised will go directly to helping Franek and his family lead as normal a life as possible so please donate generously: https://gogetfunding.com/arewethereyet/

    1. Hi Greetings, I am from India 🇮🇳 living in Poland 🇵🇱. I also want to do motorcycle adventures here. I don't know which bike I should buy here as I was using cruiser in India. Could you suggest me which moterbike is good to buy ?

    3. Not that it wasn't already on the must ride list. But definitely hitting up this gorgeous country when I make my cross euro ride next year!

    4. Kinga, that was super awesome, I’m part Lithuanian and was taught by my grandmother to cook authentic Lithuanian and Polish food at her restaurant. Needlessly to say I escaped without putting on extra weight. I’m so jealous, that would be a great tour; from Poland to Lithuania. So beautiful there. Rip it girl!

    5. Oh boy, you're a Pole. I though you had a funny Aussie accent but I figured my ears are getting old. Good decision to spend time with family, it's always a win, even at the cost of no longer being able to zip up your pants.
