    1. Sometimes you worry MTB is just about selling and buying gear. It starts to feel mundane and you are alway behind the times. Then you remember it’s about having fun when you watch this type of stuff.

    2. Yes! I’m in this. I was at Peebles when the Peugeot lot turned up. Jerry n Max organised some really fun events. It was a shame when the pros turned up but it made the sport what it is today. Nice to see some faces in the crowd from back in the day. No mention of the Non Lycra league though.

    3. Martyn saying he didn't know his most enjoyable bike ride was yet to come is the most powerful lesson I have ever learnt. Thank you, I needed that ❤️

    4. Fab. We used to take granny bikes in the 70s and beef them up in the school metalwork shop and race them around the bomb sites in the woods in Kent. We called them Tracker Bikes and I never knew where that came from till I watched this. And I'm now in my 60s, living in the US and still racing XC to podium finishes. What a great sport!

    5. Made trackers in the 80s…racer frames ,5speed,cow horn handlebars ..the raleigh "bomber" was an attempt to enter the market….but they, like most raliegh bikes, then weighed a ton

    6. Do you know how much people actually care? I couldn't get more than 50 quid for my original (before they went bust) Muddy Fox Courier on the market today. Nobody remembers or cares but this documentary makes out that the me me me types were like Battle of Britain pilots. Ebay says no.
