[Music] [Applause] [Applause] let’s go [Music] [Music] you are hushing Hast [Music] TV s Nevada 2,000 M altitude nice weather 3our ride with some uh 3030 so will be uh quite hard I think beautiful place [Applause] mate welcome to Ecuador we are preparing 2024 to the France starting in uh a little bit more than one month we we try to build up the team uh we try to focus on our our training just building some Fitness back up and yeah get like you say getting some volume in the legs yeah it was a pretty pretty heavy spring for a lot of us kind of switching our Focus from that high intensity racing just building Back That Base back up before a couple couple races head of the tour as well mix please thank you train hard get us a bit of rest from home I have a baby or a son which he’s like one year bit over one year now he’s walking since two three months so he really keeps us busy and he has so much energy I’m just doing what I can to be in the best shape possible and if I’m selecting then I’ll know be ready for the tour um two B and two rice [Music] [Applause] cakes happy day let’s go now yeah your always always and at the same time even uh create uh like uh a good relationship between each other because then we have to share a month in France and in Italy so it’s it’s a crucial moment of the Year want to say hit the jump [Applause] yeah after that one hello hello you have an expert in baking 48 hour pizza dough you can’t say no so good good get some out since it’s also their rest day I thought might as well this is beautiful no it’s actually modeled on his real physique yeah uh my father is a baker actually but I didn’t learn how to make a pizza from him but we have a good internet a lot of schooling and uh do it yourself at home I just love it [Music] yeah I want win a stage at allour simp as up [Music] really foren two days till the tour to France June June 27 of course the first time ever in history that the tour def France starts in in Italy and uh for me it’s even more special because uh it starts in my hometown Florence I’ve been dreaming this for uh long time uh uh it was it’s it’s going to be a dream come true I can’t imagine how Florence will be and uh yeah so at the same time I’m a little bit even scared because uh I saw few big stars Grand the part in to the France and uh uh cities are really really big easy full of people colors yellow everywhere oh look at that it’s ladies and gentlemen former tour of blanders you are warming up the warming up for for Saturday Mr bachel great colors on you yeah so yeah can imagine uh seeing all my friends my family people that know me for a while now they show me like a kid uh growing up uh in this Sport and now they have the opportunity to see my myself uh at the tour the France starting uh really close to to where I was born oh you know just rolling out the new gear [Music] Cadillac Ole the oak Throne Place strong a few more CS one of day and uh yeah it’s all coming together just in time for tomorrow [Music] a publicity for as [Music] well what yeah I think so did Alberto send you a photo yeah yeah the same as as okay perfect uh yeah just do like the on the side really short on the side and leave longer on the on the top [Music] [Music] okay save the yellow hair now we’re silky white this is the nice [Music] man there you are thank you thank you thank you [Music]
