Hello everyone, nothing special, just an easy Sunday local Derbyshire cycleway/road ride starting at the Derby Museum Of Making & passing through or by the following; Elvaston Castle Country Park, Erewash Canal, The Nutbrook Trail, Shipley Country Park, Mapperley Reservoir & Brackley Gate all for around 29 miles.

hello everybody Welcome to the channel today yet another local variation on some of the many routs that you’ve probably seen before it’s just to get out again while the weather’s absolutely glorious even though it’s a little bit overcast at the moment it’s really warm the air is cool not as cold as yesterday you know what I can’t see um it’s roughly 29 miles starting at the Derby Museum of making along the river uh edash Canal Alon Castle Country Park sorry um that you go past um airwash Canal nbook Trail up to Shippy Country Park scoop past Maple Reservoir then across Countryside roads to Brackley gate little Eon and back to the start um coming in from behind the mum we making at Dar Abby Park as always boys and girls there’ll be a link in the description below to my Comm M the rout enjoy I will it [Music] this right part of the old Canal Network here I can’t remember the name of this unused Canal here that’s why you need to get up just back up there hi wonderful little ridway sunglasses on it’s very dark in here let’s just see how wet and mudy this still is or isn’t the last couple times I came through here it was like an absolute buggy quog mire it’s trying to dry out but still lot of softed on the go and then putting sticks around to stop people creating their own little mudf free Roots m bage whatever ID you want to call it this is where I went last time through here there we go a serious little whole quite a bit of urban as well today but it’s Urban on all these wonderful old Canal tracks and stuff loads of nature reserves Etc so even though going through the middle of the urban sroll it still feels like they’re in the countryside all right now on the edash canal boys and girls which slowly turns into the nutbrook trail cuz this goes if you turn right there it takes you all the way back down to Trenton River Trent Trenton which you know what can’t remember it’s one of them days [Music] not TC or gravel cyle W is when you get all the tree roots lifting up and you get all these whether you can see them or not whether you Tak a notice and you whack [Music] instead of going around the main [Music] cheers thank you this is the old American Adventure now all housing and housing estate there was a bit of a held done super quick wow what a waste of held in it’s a shiply country Park very nice [Music] sh that’s different place men on little small Scrambler bikes wow never ma Reservoir boys and girls [Applause] oh that’s nice girls this is map Reservoir very nice just having a little quick break while we’re here it’s not a very big Reservoir just walk around in a few minutes oh for [Music] [Music] just
