Infatigable Jonas Abrahamsen ! Le Norvégien a pris le maillot à pois à l’issue de la première étape du Tour de France, au prix de très gros efforts. Le pensionnaire de la formation Uno-X Team n’était pas membre de l’échappée du jour, mais est parvenu à rejoindre les fuyards à l’avant en bouchant plus d’une minute en une dizaine de kilomètres. Un sacré raid récompensé par la tunique du meilleur grimpeur, car le vainqueur de la Cycling Brussels Classic cette saison avait encore de la force pour passer en tête de la Côte des Forche et de la Côte de Barbotto. Bien qu’il ait finalement craqué à 41 bornes du bout, il cumule désormais 13 points au classement de la montagne, deux de plus que le Français Valentin Madouas (Groupama-FDJ).

a plan this morning was to get old Christian niking in in the breakway and it was a lot of group was going and uh in the end there we was not in the breakway so we have to try to get up to the breakway and uh we try sometimes and uh in the end I I come up to the pon I up to the breakway but this was very hard so I was uh very tired when I come up but uh I recovered good and drink a lot and then I feel better in all the climbs and uh luckily I get the mountain Jersey today so I’m so happy for that yeah it’s crazy before I was around 60 kilo and a climber and now I am around 80 and I climb better now when I when I was 60 so I’m very happy for to to do this change for for some years ago and know I feel stronger every year so it’s so nice yes it’s some hard it’s hard St tomorrow but not maybe not so many points so we will see maybe have it for some days so I’m very happy to have M Jersey in t France is so big for me
