This is a serious matter and has far reaching consequences beyond just the phone use … was driving behind a car yesterday when the driver verrered (?) in to the path of an oncoming car whilst using his phone; both vehicles written off, road closed for 2 hours & injury requiring an ambulance (although not life threatening) to the innocent driver

on a summers day in bourne mouth, there were queues of cars for 3 miles heading to the beach. I went past a load of them and found a lady talking on her phone, on speaker. Her words were'' I am coming, I'm just stuck in traffic at the moment''. I stopped, went back to her window, and said'' You aren't STUCK in traffic, you ARE the traffic''. Then rode off. She was by herself in the car.
