A day away from the gradients and a recovery ride around Lac Annecy.
so hello hello hello uh two days after my big ride over the Gotthard and um I was going to set out today weather’s pretty bad here actually very Thunder is yellow weather warning over uh the out Mar team if that’s where I am anyway the whole of France and certainly raining quite hard this morning I sort of had plans having had a rest day yesterday and having driven from uh desenti through andat under the fura pass because that’s still closed via shaman met a couple of nice people in sham chatted with them about climbing mountains and riding bikes came on to uh a lean and I’ve got a hotel there nice cheap IIs budget for a couple of nights just to make life a bit easier Dodge around the rain came out for a bik ride I was going to do the uh semos uh got on my bike did a couple hundred yards and thought better call this a uh recovery ride and uh there’s nothing quite like around this beautiful lake lake anesi so that’s what I’m doing uh being a complete wimp really and bottling a hard ride but um your muscles tell you my muscles were telling me just uh just take it easy and um have a nice ride so that’s what I’m doing today uh we’ll get on the road tomorrow we’ll see where we’re end up but uh on my road to nce I think I’ll break it somewhere near groby maybe uh bison and we know what’s near bison don’t we so we’ll see how that goes I’ll probably have another gentle ride tomorrow and then uh we’ll take Bor to Aon and its offerings uh on in two days time okay bye for now
