Thank you so much for all of your support and donations so far, I can’t explain how much I truly appreciate it!!!

this is ridiculous why did I do this oh let’s say 5 miles by giving yourself 2 and 1 half miles of pure torture I’m already exhausted basically have walked for about 5 miles across sand of a loaded bike oh it’s a good way to start the day if this is the beginning of the next videos I don’t know how I’m going to edit these up but if I’m just doing Ser as his own video Welcome to geoc cycling uh doing around the world trip for great or Street hospital as you can see there um so any donations that goes towards this amazing cause I mean will get me through these sort of days where I’m questioning my own existence and just a big thank you as always for all your donations so far it makes a massive difference and it goes to A really lovely cause helping children who uh suffer from a wide range of different conditions oh thank God oh whoever laid this down is a hero Christ so running on coal I’m in Serbia see how long this truck queue goes on in this side [Music] [Applause] [Music] hello we got can’t put my finger on why but I’m having a blast today it’s been great I don’t know what it is I think it’s just where in a new country I have no idea the serving people are just lovely I’ve just stopped several times and a bunch of them want to talk to you and ask where you’re going got to a campsite uh it was so expensive I mean3 it’s too much morning everyone hope you’re doing all right right so uh another day now obviously uh just about to head off heading towards Belgrade over the next couple of days I don’t think I’ll get there in a day it’s about 88 mil 9 miles from here don’t fancy marathan it across the country I cycled into the town earlier going north thinking a feel really amazing like this is no effort at all and looked at the tree I was like oh no turned around and it’s a windy day hello hi everyone hope you’re doing okay just about to head off towards Belgrade stay there for two nights which I’m looking forward to just go around to see the city hello yes [Music] not going to lie this is pretty rough you get these quiet patches but the problem I find in the btics when they overtake is if there’s oncoming Vehicles they just keep going so you get like inches of space and you sometimes even have cars in your lane over taking from the other direction going like 60 70 M an hour it’s a pretty intense [Music] experience wooo ah yes oh this probably last about 10 seconds but I’m going to enjoy those 10 seconds hostel uh cabbage hostel what an intense man that was tough um nice to be here though just uh yeah last 20 mil was really sketchy wouldn’t recommend it if if you are coming this way might personally I’d recommend going south uh going through novad there’s no Bridge after then hence why was on this route um but it looks better on the map I had a little check to see if there was another way to go but it wasn’t don’t do what I’ve done by K it’s gone all funny um anyway doesn’t matter I’ll chat about it later it’s good opportunity to talk as this is nice and quiet for the moment um so I had a day off yesterday just to let you know uh just today felt a bit ill I had a bit of a migraine and I think just tiess just caught up with me so I took the day off just to literally do nothing um day before was really cool Belgrade was really interesting to see uh I’ll pop over some pictures just now should I play some intermission music [Music] [Music] slowly go mad just completely wiped out some dog just jumped out of me and end up slipping down some ditch which was good now I’m covered in mud and luckily I don’t think anything’s broken I’d love to see a little water fountain somewhere I’ve used a paddle to wash my feet cuz it was just like this boggy Quagmire I landed in good morning good morning uh just leaving the campsite heading towards a Dan River to get the ferry across [Music] what’s your name uh Jacob Jacob yeah what’s your name FR chisan Christian okay nice to meet you both yeah [Music] [Music] [Music] cute little village uh the French guys have gone off we going to get a coffee and uh I wanted some food so always they we cross paths at some point I’ll join them if I see them n [Music] [Music] just camping Asen um just along the Iron Gate in Serbia the lady was really lovely um saw what I was doing and said you don’t need to pay so again just more generosity and amazingness from people all right all good yeah so thank you so much I got the camera on I thought I’d say a little goodbye yeah I will I will follow you thank you we do yeah that’s it it’s been a pleasure though look after yourself yeah yeah take care see you later who knows maybe yeah yeah yeah if I want to do another trip around I’ll be back here again maybe in a year too young yeah does it maybe you look a little bit older when the Trip’s over but it’ll be okay [Music] that was really loud it’s a big hill coming up look at that oh the old legs are going to be tired today probably looks flat on the camera always does feeling hot hot hot feeling hot hot hot oh wow hello have a safe ride any doubts no no no doubts no doubt you’re sure it’s Romania over there Roman ah okay if you say so fre cold drink for me so me and Florence have a wager going on Florence is adamant that uh Romania I keep saying Hungary so I keep messing that up Romania is on our left I said it’s not that is still uh Serbia and no so we’ve got a bet on who’s going to get a free C see see this is evidence before we uh the other side of the river it’s Romania okay got video evidence of it so I’m going to get a nice free cold drink later looking forward to it this is R okay yeah keep telling yourself oh where’s the Border Florence is buying me a [Laughter] drink so can I have that 4,000 pound bottle of champagne please so where are we Florence what country are we in we are in Hungaria oh yeah as I’ve been saying for the last 5 minutes is no fine we are in the in the Serbia so I guess we’re both getting a beer today and I’m P just finally she had to look at the map for a minute and she’s like ah I see I see ride today thank you yeah 2K 2K ah tur no I know the tunnel will save us is it a button ah press for that sign I can’t see anything oh well it was a nice thought [Music] [Applause] lence is excited for the climb she’s going to take off it ain’t so bad [Applause] so hot ah the breeze is lovely almost at the top woohoo go Florence you can do it yeah the light is really nice and it’s going to be nicer when the sun comes yeah it will be morning everyone on the road again uh just heading further east should be going through the Iron Gate today which should be interesting had a pretty good decent sleep yesterday slept on a beach just uh there’s no campsites around here me and Florence are just saying it’s actually much better on the Serbian side we’ve only just come over just to see um but very busy on this side of the road so if any of you are ever cycling I definitely recommend the Serbian side over the um Romanian side cuz uh obviously cuz they’re in the EU all the tracks and everything bypass this section or bypass Serbia cuz of theuse they have to wait in and probably for paperwork and insurance and we’re going [Applause] back so the uh gentlemen back there are all invited us for a drink uh Florence could understand what they were saying cuz they spoke German cuz all of them went off and worked in Germany for 40 years and but he was saying that the second Iron Gate another dam was built here and um the housing sort of the houses here part of the village flooded because of it so they built new houses up here which is quite interesting so there’s some remains of some of the houses in the water here ba

    1. Great video Jacob loving the drone shots and the views you were able to capture. Serbia looks like a great country to cycle through keep cranking those peddles can't wait for the next video.

    2. Another great video with some brilliant drone shots – Serbia's landscapes look lovely! I was gritting my teeth on some of those busy road sections though…it reminded me a bit of riding in Portugal with the close passing 😬

Hope you're having a great time!
