On a free weekend, I’m biking these trails in Massachusetts. You’ll want to save this one!
✨Mass Central Rail Trail – it goes through West Boylston to Holden. We typically park at the Wachusett Reservoir.
✨Upper Charles Trail – this is a 13.9 mile trail going from Sherborn to Milford. You can park at Mill Stone Dr in Sherborn, 480 Cedar St in Milford, or 600 Mayflower Landing in Holliston.
✨Norwottuck Rail Trail – 11 miles of paved trail connecting the Northampton Bikeway to the Manhan Rail Trail in Easthampton with views of the Connecticut River. We always park right at the bridge at 446 Damon Rd in Northampton.
✨Minuteman Bikeway – We typically start in Lexington and ride either direction through Bedford, Arlington and Cambridge. We’ve also started in Somerville and gone through Cambridge to the Minuteman Bikeway!
✨Cape Cod Rail Trail is a fun spot if you’re looking for a day trip! I believe we’ve parked at the Herring Run Recreation Area before and biked to Scusset Beach from there.
