the weather is absolutely beautiful today absolutely beautiful H is quite surprising it is windy mine I’ve had a head wind all the way so far so far I’ve done 14 miles near 15 miles anyway I’ve rolled up from exas here gone to bitley um via Silverton and uh now I’m on my way to well going up and around crediton really yeah shorts on I can feel summer coming already so excited that’s a big long hill that one on I think it’s said about 3 miles [Music] hello yeah so I’m off to a place called crediton but I’m going up and around it really not done these roads before saying that I’ve not even been on this road before it’s all new to me quite nice little kick up at the start of it 18% [Music] yes so I got myself a a new Wahoo watch new Wahoo sports watch that is yeah so far is really good does my steps my heart rate and all that so that pushes all that info well not my steps obviously cuz I’m riding but I set the cycling today obviously and it pushes all my heart rate up to my Wahoo show you put it on a different page yeah so you see it there just climbed a massive Hill so it’s up 139 beats yeah so I don’t have to wear the strap anymore which is uh quite frustrating so I thought we’ll get the watch once it’s on special half price at the moment yeah it’s working a trait for me love it [Music] coming down Nola 133 beats 32 yeah perfect God that was nice to uh actually get to the top of that Hill it’s about 3 miles long first bit Descent of the day I [Music] think so I got a fierce headwind yeah so I’m going to be going for a place called crediton which is basically way over to my left but um I’m going up and around and then coming down into cron I wanted to try this route [Music] out so far really [Music] nice yeah so this um route on taking is about um well just sh of 50 mil and um it’s it’s only about 3,000 ft which is really good yeah s an Eco mod guys done 20 19 miles now and uh I’ve got 81% of the battery left and I’m 117 beats for a hot rate which is pretty good I saying that my rest in rate is about 50 uh it goes down to as low as 39 but his average is around 50 my res in heart rate that [Music] is yeah so putting the climbing in there a lot bit of effort jumped up to 136 [Music] this place is uh in the middle of [Music] nowhere oh I’m going this way the road went around to the left but uh apparently I’m going this way so [Music] I did map it last night like I said I’ve never ridden this way before so hopefully I’ve got this bit right [Music] [Music] cover up the front L that’s all right nice day for it is it finally [Music] [Music] got look for those pottles that’s are lying in the [Music] shadows supp it would help if I slowed down a little [Music] bit thank you enj your walk yeah so I’m uh heading towards a place called Black Dog [Music] [Music] y I’m going straight [Music] on got my pass pixie on all in black today apart from the socks and the uh Biv short [Music] band don’t know why this car is not uh overtaking me but then I got the pass pixie on and I I just nodded them [Music] through woo FY this way I’m going straight on apparently yeah we’re deep into it out here guys deep into the countryside of Devon beautiful [Music] s yeah so far really really Pleasant ride really enjoy [Music] myself yeah so this is the village of black dog [Music] [Music] Crossroads there oh [Music] [Music] yeah yeah so far the this um this route ain’t been too [Music] bad yeah so have to have a look here uh my heart rate is 112 I’m still in eco mode I’ve done 30 miles uh 2,125 ft of climbing and I’ve got 74% of the battery left yeah so I’m coming up to um the end of these country lanes and I’ll be going on to the a roads then it’s the a377 and I’ll be following this road all the way back into exitor and I’ll be going through crediton but I’ll be doing for crediton and the um I’ll be doing crediton to exitor Via the uh POV if you’re interested yes so I’m in Turbo now and I’ll probably stay in turble now till I get home I’ve been this way for [Music] years clear [Music] [Music] [Music] off for an overtight yeah so I’m in creditor now guys [Music] oh someone’s smoking a joint I could smell [Music] then right guys I’m uh I’m in exitor now take long did it I’m uh 43 mil into the [Music] ride followed that ambulance over taking on a uh crossing that’s naughty I’m going uh [Music] right I love these parts of the city where um it’s one way but two ways for cyclists it’s a good incentive one coming down into the uh City Center of exitor again now but approaching it a different way [Music] that Cy it let’s go for [Music] it that’s tight is it tight open the box Junction I’m nearly home 40 just coming up to 47 miles now it’s still terrible enjoying myself I still got 56% of the battery left as well right that’s
