well welcome to another video guys and today is Saturday the 8th of June and uh it’s a little bit overcast a little bit little bit cloudy a little bit of rain which wasn’t forecast but today we are going back to somewhere I never thought I’d be going to again oo bit of a n there because I thought I was going to be on my trip to Thailand by now and like don’t know where I would have been but I was planning on leaving on I think it was the end of Feb I think I said on on a previous video but [Music] um thank you so as I said on a previous video I think it was around end of Fe I think I said I was going to be leaving but obviously that hasn’t happened for various reasons uh mainly the big major project of the garden renovation but um so look this is where I was trying to get anyway on this bike track this is all new here they well it’s always been a bike track but they resurfaced the the um Paving which is a very smooth ride so anyway back to what I was saying what was I saying should have done what this blood is and there’s a blood over there on the actual major road on a bik but I thought i’ take a l scroll on these um cycle passs which take you straight into the [Music] town so yeah where was I I keep mumbling keep mumbling um yeah the garden uh renovation that’s really taking its toe on it’s so slow and uh I’ve not had the weather on my side I’ve been trying to think of the cheapest possible options to do things uh and but they they seem to be the longest I came up with the idea of buying scaffolding boards and uh giving them a bit of a sand down taking the rough edges off and um yeah preserving them with an oilbased wood preserver which not only protects against the wet but also insects so hoping that they’d last a little bit of time anyway so yeah obviously the preserver 6 hours between each coat they recommend three at the minimum which is what I’ve uh been putting on and I’m making these like I’m calling them retaining troughs because uh obviously I teared my garden it was a slope I’ve teared it off over three four levels can’t remember which now but um so obviously my neighbors lands higher than mine so I’ve had to make or come up with some idea of retaining I looked at bricks time I bought the bricks and attempted to lay myself so anyway I’ve come up with these ideas of making these troughs basically the width of a a scaffold B um and screwing them all together like troughs really just troughs but just so above the level of my next door neighbors’s land and then put a fence on top of that with some uh I’m topping them off with some Indian Sandstone coping Stones so I’m thinking it might look nice as I’ve actually finished doing a couple of those I will uh I do a little video of those but I’ve got a couple in place I’m now in the process of building a free C sprit wo which again is quite time consuming and I don’t know what I’m pronouncing this right but gibian baskets a wire basket with the old rocks in and uh yeah I purchased those to do the to do the retaining walls between the different levels down my garden so that’s where we’re are with that I’d love to get it done this year I’m beginning to think not but I’m praying I’m hoping that I do W get the Steep lots of people water so got watch myself so yeah that’s where where we’re at with that I’d love it to be this year it’s going to be drawing into the winter months I don’t know what the weather’s going to be like in some of these countries I’m going to be going through so yes I’m beginning to think this may not happen to 2025 but hey all things happened for a reason right I’m trying to stay positive I’ve been very frustrated um yeah it’s just been it’s just been a m really but I’m hoping to see the light at the end of the tunnel sorry mate that’s right right um and we will be on our way eventually so I apologize to those who have subscribed to hopefully see me on my trip to Thailand it’s definitely going to happen it’s just delayed and I apologize for that but I do appreciate you all staying tuned watching me I know I’ve not put out a lot of content it’s CU I’m trying to focus on this Blooming Garden and I could film some of that I know but time you set up the camera you know I’m having to think about what I’m doing to try and get it as good as I possibly can I’m not an expert in any of these trades that I’m doing but I am pretty handy with me hands quite practical minded so I can’t afford to get anyone into do it so it’s a matter of buying the materials and doing it myself so so yeah that’s where we’re at but we’re now just approaching the town center and we’re not far from the park we’re going to be going to I never changed into the right here to get steep ramp on this uh overath thing so I’ve got off the bike don’t want to be putting strain on me chain and me gearing mechanism trying to change up to higher gear from a stand still so where are we going to you may be asking after me rambling on most of the trip here well it’s back to that thae Festival which I went to last year the weather’s not quite as nice yeah it’s a little bit over cloudy oh here’s my mate he’s going to be on my YouTube video well to be there last time they put it totally around the other way so let’s find the entrance oh last time I was on a little pa like this up them in I fell off the bike but music I don’t want to hear bike into the into the festival so I’ve had to leave it in the security guys up which they’ve kindly let me do but the monkss are just next door and they’re going to kindly bless my bike me thank you arena here so what I’m going to be doing is uh so I’ve took that home I’m back now in my car and uh it’s getting a lot busier here now so what I’m going to do is grab a massage and uh there’s a few people Wai in mind but uh my friend’s here from last year one of them is and she remembered me as you may have seen on the video earlier on should have got in earlier [Music] on we’re having decide what I’m going to go [Music] for get my phone okay in my mainit there is no signal I can open my [Music] head neck and shoulders [Music] oh [Music] hello well they’re a little bit busy there at the and um yeah I just thought I’d do this video just to make a bit of content again and uh again it is very similar to last year but it’s always good vibes here everybody’s happy you don’t see any trouble whatsoever no drunks or anything like that or if they are they’re in good spirit but yeah all in all it’s been a great day I had a nice hourong body massage very small lady did it but my gosh did she uh know how to get the pressure points I was in total Agony but through brilliant brilliant massage so yeah so I’m going to leave this one here as always thanks for watching and I will catch
